why can i not reply to a specific outlook email

Microsoft Outlook 2007
May 9, 2012 at 09:27:31
Specs: Windows XP
I have received an email from one of 2 people at the same domain. I can reply to one of the people with no problem at all, but any email initiated by their colleague, in the same organisation, when I try to reply to an email from them I get an Outlook error message saying 'cannot send email'. no further detail or explanation (its not an error report, just a pop up box for which the only option is to press OK).

Curious.

Sounds like this might be a DNS problem..

I have heard of this same kind of situation on AD domains that use multiple DNS entries.

Can you send one email at a time to each of them?
