Specs: Windows 7
ok my problem is when I do my equation with my data on a calculator example 1666.67*90%=1500.003
but if i do the formula =IF(AND($B$59<100%,$B$59>75%),$B$59*$B$27,"") i get 1508.29 (B59=90% and B27 = 1666.67)

I get 1500.003 on my calculator and in Excel - using your exact numbers, manually entered.

How are your values getting into B27 and B59? Are they manually entered or are they a result of formulas? Depending on the format of the cell, you may see a certain number, but that may not be the number that Excel is using.

For example, if your 90% is the result of a calculation and the cell is formatted to only show 2 digits, it may display 90%, but may actually be a different number

90.4972% * 1666.67 = 1508.29, but 90.4972% will be displayed as 90% if the cell is formatted to not display the decimal places.
