Specs: Windows Vista
Hi, I have a table which contains DAY+MONTH eg; 01-Mar in cell A2 and YEAR in cell B1. I want to look up A2 and B1 in order to get data from a table array which contains full date eg; 01-02-2011. When I try vlookup formula, all i get is #NA. Please I need help urgently. Thanks in advance

Try this:

=VLOOKUP(DATEVALUE(A2&B1),G3:J68,4,0)

I'm assuming your trying to do this with Microsoft Access?

What is your VB code you have so far?

How is 01-Mar being recorded? As TEXT or as a DATE?

When you place the cursor on the cell that contains 01-Mar, what does
the formula bar up top show?

OK, try this:

If your data looks like this:

      A B
1) 01-Mar 2009
2) 02-Mar 2010

In C1 enter the formula:

=DATEVALUE(A1&B1)

Forgot to add, make sure C1 is formatted as DATE.
