I need to weigh the parcel and base on the weight to calculate the delivery fee. Can excel have a function or are there any ways to do so? Are there ways like whenever I input the weight of the parcel , it will automatically jump into quantity column which i already made.(sample as below) weighted parcel( i have to enter): 25

Grams Quantity Tracking total amount$$

10-20 1

Tip: If you use the pre tags found above the comments box, you can line up your example data to make it easier for us to read.

I'm not sure if this is what your table should look like....

If that's the case, using your example of 25, which value should be returned?

Thank you Derbydad03. I create a table like:

weighted parcel: (place I input data as grams)

Grams total Qty Registered mail Qty total amount$$

10

20

50-80

I would like to do something like:case 1 > if i enter the weight of the parcel eg 21g, the table

below could notice that is above 20g and thus place

to quantity column in 50g as "1", if not return to 0case 2> if i have 2 parcels that is with 21g, that 2 parcels can

jump into the quantity column in 50 g as "2" if not return to 0.case 3> if I have 2 parcels with the weight within the range of

50-80g, say 55g and 78g but the difference is one is

registered and one is non-registered.

The outcome should be :in Gram column 50-80g

2 parcels in total qty

1 parcel in registeredGrams total Qty Registered mail (qty) total amount$$
