Verizon E-Mails won't show up in Outlook

Specs: Windows 7
I'm trying to set up a e-mail account so it gets delivered to Outlook. When I configure the verizon account the green check marks appear and it says everything is ok. However, no e-mails get delivered to outlook. I know they are being sent because they show up on my other computer using incredimail. Help!

It's usually things like the port settings that are incorrect, if you let Outlook configure it automatically then its probably chosen the wrong ones, you should have selected 'manually configure' instead.

You can either delete the complete account in Outlook and start again, or you can click on 'Tools', 'account settings', select the account & then 'change' - the settings that are incorrect are probably under 'more settings'.

Are you looking for them in Incredimail first? Is it possible that Incredimail is set to remove the emails from the server after download?
