Hi need help with VBA

I need a complicated conditonal format

The cells that need to change are E35:T35

Conditons:

1.
If E36:T36 equal to or greater than 95.00% E35:T35 turn green
If E36:T36 is between 90.00% - 94.99% E35:T35 turn orange
If E36:T36 less than 89.99% E35:T35 turn red

2.
if E36:T36 is greater than E34:T34 place wingdings 3 "h" in E35:T35
if E36:T36 is equal to E34:T34 place wingdings 3 "n" in E35:T35
if E36:T36 is less than E34:T34 place wingdings 3 "i" in E35:T35

I'm not sure why you need VBA.

For Part 1, I would use standard Conditional Formatting, choosing my colors based on the values given.

For Part 2, I would format the cells as Wingdings 3 and use this formula:

=IF(E36>E34, "h", IF(E36<E34, "i", "n"))
