Specs: Windows XP
I want to select adject cell Eg. 1st row and 3rd row 5th row and so on. without mouse using only with help of keyboard anyidea?

prakashstar20, SWAG, never tried what you describe so dunno for sure, but seems to me you oughta be able to use the arrow keys to move from cell to cell. If you wish to select several first and then manipulate them all at once, hold Ctrl at the same time you select the cell.

Sorry, last one was for 2003, this one is for 2007.
I don't know if the 2003 will work with 2007, but you could try.

I would suggest just create a macro and let it do the work.

Of interest is the Shift+F8 command, which will allow you to select another range without "breaking" your current selection.
