|Using Outlook 2007 on 7/64bit; asks for password. I have 20 Outlook email addresses; it now happens on 3 of them, including 2 where the problem did not exist before -- all I did was change the name of these 2. So, 17 work; 1 entirely new email address has the problem; and 2 old accounts (name change only) don't work, either. This has happened in the past, and has gone away by itself, with no input from me at all; but I am not patient or lucky enough to count this as a "solution." I tried the Microsoft "quick fix" for this exact problem, and of course nothing changed.|
I don't know how to mess with my registry, but from researching this, it's an OLD and KNOWN problem; there has to be a fix somewhere. What is it? Thanks!
