Using Excel spreadsheet with columns that contain formulas

Specs: Windows 7
Spreadsheet will be used to merge into Word document. The columns that contain formulas will not merge correctly. Is there a formula that I can apply to these columns to change them to text?

By "formulas" if you mean Math/Algebraic formulas try here:

Copy...PasteSpecial...Values

This will replace the formula with the value that is displayed in the cell, i.e. the result of the formula.
