✔ Best Answer
Using Word 2007, when I click the Clip Art icon on the Insert Tab of the Ribbon
I get a Search pop up window down the right side of the screen.

At the top is a Search Box
If I leave the Search Box empty and simply click the GO button
I get a long display of clip art that is available.

Just below the Search box is a Search In drop down
Check to make sure you have a Collection checked,
No Collection checked, No Search
I currently have Everywhere checked, but there are additional
sub selections, like My Collection, Office Collection and Web Collection
each pointing to a different location.

The third is the Results Should be drop down, this is for the file
type your looking for. Again check to make sure you have one of the types
check marked or else you get no search.

What is the search term your using, what are you looking for?

It may not be available on the standard collection that comes with the system
and you may have to go out on the web to get what you want.
