Hi All,

Can anyone help me to apply conditional formatting in my training records:

I already set up the A1 Now =now() 17/18/2014
A2 Expiring =A1+15 1/09/2014
A3 Expired =A1+30 16/09/2014

Than I have series of expiry dates below
02/09/2014
YES
12/09/2014
17/09/2014
18/09/2014
02/01/2017

* Condition 1 - between 01/09 2014 and 16/09/2014 make it one color
* conditon 2- greater than 16/01/2014 make it red
* condition 3 - formula that will not affect the text ( YES )

* and the condition that will not affect the others date like the 02/01/2017 which is still far .

Appreciate for the help.

Thank You
Abby
