Solved Trying to substitute names in a drop-down list

I am trying to write a drop-own list that will substitute the values within the list. There are three employees who are named "EMP1", "EMP2", and "EMP3". The actual names change as they are not regular hires but are employees on an as-needed basis. When "EMP1" is Smith, "EMP2" is Brown, and "EMP3" is Green, I want the drop-down list to have the actual names. When the actual names change, I want the drop-down list to reflect the new actual names.

Thank you.

Your question doesn't make sense, at least not to me.

If the drop down list refers to a range of cells, whatever is in the cells will show up in the list. If you change a cell, the list will change.

Dear DerbyDad03,

Thank you for your response. Based upon it, I was able to make changes on the drop-down lists to reflect changes in the content of the list's cell references.
