stacked and clustered column charts

basically i just needed to stop and think and group certain things together where the title or headings are merged above the related columns..

for instance if i wanted each cluster to represent a certain revenue amount (1,2, and 3m) and the columns within the cluster to represent different years (2009, 2010, 2011) and the stacked section (each color) to represent how many years it took and the data to be how many reps did a certain amount of revenue in a certain number of years in each given fiscal period of time. i would :

have the merged horizontal headings be the revenue amounts: for three cells label them 1,2 and 3m
have the next horizontal headings underneath be the fiscal periods: 2009, 2010, 2011
have vertical headings be the number of years it took: 2-4, 4-6, 6-8
and the data be how many reps did two million worth of revenue in the given fiscal periods who had been within each year group.
