Sorting in excel

Specs: Windows 7
Hi!

I need to sort some market data, but I am having troubles sorting several columns. When I sort, excel always sorts after the first column so that the following three columns are mixed. I want it to sort the data so that I will get something like:

YES YES YES YES
YES YES YES NO
YES YES NO NO
YES NO NO NO

SO that I can eliminate the people who has the least yes'es in the end.

Not quite enough info.

What does the before data look like?

Are there more rows or columns involved?

Are you sorting down columns or across rows?
