Solved Simple maps that came on a CD-ROM

Specs: several
If I remember right, back in the 1990's I had a CD-ROM with
simple outline maps of countries and states. Was it Microsoft
Office for Windows 95? If so, were the maps on the program
disk or the reference disk ("Bookshelf")? Or was it Corel Draw?
My newish computer won't install Office. My guess is that the
installer is 16-bit, which 64-bit Windows 10 can't handle.
I don't have the Corel package anymore.

I need a map of Norway, preferably with the 24 historic districts
which preceded the current 19 counties. I can find some crude
outline maps online, but I'm hoping for more and better.

I believe what your referring to is Microsoft Encarta

Also on Wiki is an extensive history of Norway and its counties and districts beginning in the 10th Century:
