Setting row location for multi-page report

Microsoft Excel 010 - complete package

Specs: Windows XP

My report requirement in Excel is that i need to set a five-row header for every page of report. This header displays the name of the company, address, report subject and related data. That means that for my Page 1 report, my data output should display starting only at Row 7 until Row 45 only, then it must continue again in Page 2 starting at Row 57 to end at Row 95, then to continue at Page 3 starting at Row 107 and end at Row 145, and so on.

As data display in Excel normally displays sequentially in rows without page breaks, so how do I set my report output to display automatically given the conditions above.

Thanks a lot for the advice.

Rizaldy

Excel has a built in feature to repeat rows at the top of every page.

Depending on the version...

2003:

Use File...Page Set-up...Sheet tab..."Rows to repeat at top"
Then, use Insert...Page Break at each row where you want a new data set to start

2007/2010:

Page Layout ribbon...Print titles...Sheet tab..."Rows to repeat at top"
Then, Breaks...Insert Page Break at each row where you want a new data set to start
