You could apply conditional formatting to the cells containing the account numbers.
If cell E1 contains the start of your range of account numbers you are looking for and
cell F1 contains the end of the range of numbers you are looking for -
do this with the first cell containing an account number:
From the Ribbon select Home - Styles - Conditional Formatting,
From the drop down select 'Manage Rules' and select 'New Rule'
In the dialog box select the last item in the list 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'
Enter this formula in the box
Note that TRUE and FALSE do not have double quotes - they are Excel's logical values true and false.
Click the format button and from the 'Fill' Tab select a color, click OK
Click Apply and OK.
Now select the cell again and Copy
Then select all the cells containing account numbers and associated data and Paste Special... and select Formats.
All cells on rows with account numbers in the range specified by cells E1 and F1, should be highlighted in your selected color.
PS Using Caps (upper case) text is considered shouting - which I hope was not what you intended.
