search for consecutive matches in a database

January 24, 2011 at 08:29:24
Specs: Windows XP
I would like a formula that returns the minimum value in column A based on these four criteria (I'm having the most problems with Criteria 1):

1. The following three criteria must be met in THREE CONSECUTIVE ROWS:
2. Timestamp (column A) is between two values, say, between 3 and 24 (however the actual two values in my data are located in other cells in the worksheet)
3. Column B is between 50 and 100
4. Column C is also between 50 and 100

In the above I would like to return the value 9 (the value in A5) since rows 5, 6, and 7 match my criteria. THANKS!

Column A Column B Column C
timestamp X coordinate Y coordinate
1 51 55
3 100 101
6 99 125
*9* 55 75
10 59 85
12 75 55
15 85 55
16 150 32
18 55 65
21 65 55
23 85 60
26 85 60
