I have an excel table that displays answers based on a column number B1 to Z1 interacting with a row number in B2 to B20. The answers display inside the table. Is there a way to display on another page, the content of the 2 cells that provided the actual answer, rather than the answer itself?

Could you explain what you mean by a "column number B1 to Z1 interacting with a row number in B2 to B20?"

What formula are you using to display the answer?

In addition, where are you looking to display the orginal 2 cells that provided the "answer"? Will they be concatenated into one cell or be placed side by side?

I think we need a little more detail, perhaps with some examples of data and the "answers" they provide.

Is there any way I can send the file so you can see what I refer to or at least a screen capture?, I will continue to try to write all that it entails but that is kind of difficult.

I have sent you an email address via PM.

I won't be able to look at the file until this evening, EST.

You can also post screenshots at sites like photobucket.com and then post the link back here.

I have made a screen print to send but have no account with any photo bucket type place, but could place it on face book, though you may not wish to do it that way.

the screen print is well explained how it works and some examples are there for the actual formulas used. Have not had the time last couple days with the schedule, but will seek another way to post for public view. Thanks again for your helpful ways and wisdom.

I sent you an email address via PM.

Send the file and/or screenshot to that address.

An account at photobucket is easy to set up and you can then post the screenshot there.

For example, click here.
