✔ Best Answer
Start with this set up, then drag the formula down and across.
Afterwards do a Copy...PasteSpecial Values

            A B C D
1 Albert Einstein Buddha Kabir
2 birbal story book	=SUBSTITUTE($A2,"birbal",B$1)
3 birbal book

re: "replacing keyword list is huge"

Define huge.

It would take longer to write a macro than to do a Copy...PasteSpecial...Transpose to get the keyword list into B1:B whatever.

After that, just copy the formula and drag it down and over.

You'd be done in a matter of seconds.

thanks ,It served my purpose ,What i already wanted to that I am making adcopies for mu adword campaign and it requires huge keyword replacement ,was thinking a solution that will replace a keyword with possible list and will paste it one after another and will create a adcopies automatically just by giving a keyword list .

I am doing this by recording macro method and created one form for that also but I am not able to run a loop for it and I am getting problem while accessing text values from the textbox .

Thanks
