Dear Solution Team,

I have arranged my mails by allocating them in respective folder in mailbox. I have accidentally deleted all mails in a folder in my mailbox. I use client mail (Microsoft Office Outlook 2003) and mail server (Exchange Server).
Kindly please tell me how to recover all mails by using any best recovering software or by manual recovering as you can for all mails have been deleted because all mails in this folder are very important for me since all my communication in my works is in it.

Thank you very much in advance for your sharing.

"all mails in this folder are very important for me"

You never thought to back them up, even though they are very important to you? Words fail me.

Have you looked in the "Deleted Items" folder in Outlook or did you delete them from there as well? if you did, try this:

I hope you recover all or most of them, and in future back them up on a regular basis!

If you delete an email or other object in Exchange mailbox, by clicking the "Del" button, then it will be moved to the "Deleted Items" folder. You can restore it by simply switching to the "Deleted Items" folder, finding the email or object you want, and moving it back to its original location or other normal folders.
But if you deleted your emails permanently, you'd better use some recovery tools to recover them.

Hope this help!
