Solved Receiving errors in MicroSoft Outlook

Specs: Windows 7, 2, i3
I keep getting a common error when I send/receive in Outlook. I can send emails, but I cannot receive them. I have set up my email account on another computer and it will recieve new emails so I know it's not my email setup which I have checked numerous times. I have run SCANPST and it does not find any errors. Any suggestions. It's the "sending receiving reported error 0x80040119, unknown error". Thanks

Using SCANPST will not find or fix any errors relating to your email account settings or send/receive problems. SCANPST is not for those kind of problems.

Try removing your email account, then set it up again from scratch.

You can also try running "Office Diagnostics" from the 'Help' menu in Outlook's main window.
