The problem is that you don't have the drivers on the windows 2003 CD.

You need to go to intel and download the drivers. Install them on a computer then find where it installed them. Then use an application to slipstream those drivers onto a new image and use that to install windows.

The drivers can be found at intel's website

The tool I used to slipstream the windows install CD was nlite
