Problems with ACT Database

Specs: Windows XP, Intel Duo T7300 1GB
The History Summary Classic report currently uses the contact record manager to log its reports, can this be changed to the record manager that actually places the call? This is for telemarketing purposes.

1 - I don't know if you'll get an answer to your question in this Forum. I've not seen a lot of ACT! questions here, so don't be surprised if you don't get any answers.

2 - You might want to consider leaving out the telemarketing comment. Maybe it's just me, but if I knew the answer to your question, I probably wouldn't provide it.
