You could use the HYPERLINK to change worksheets.

The form of the HYPERLINK Function is:

HYPERLINK(link_location,friendly_name)

Suppose your Sheet Names are Individual and Company to move the user from your Main Sheet to sheet name Individual in cell A1 enter the formula:

=HYPERLINK(Individual!X1,"Jump to Individual")

Cell A1 will display the friendly_name as Jump to Individual"

When the user clicks on cell A1, they will jump to screen name Individual and land on cell X1.
