Print button in excel

Microsoft Excel 2000

Specs: Windows XP
How can I create a print button in excel so that the user by clicking it will get the whole document printed?
BUT
The page must not have any background colour on it, nor should the links being seen. Only the logo, the title and everything what is on the page.
AND How can i set it so that regardless of the printer settings, the page will be rinted as 1 page in landscape and not portarait?
Thanks

There are ways to create a button to do what you want, but we'd need to know a little bit more first:

re: The page must not have any background colour and Only the logo, the title...

What do you mean by "background colour"? Are there cells that are filled in with colours? Is the logo or title in colour? Is a simple greyscale printout acceptable?

re: the page will be rinted as 1 page in landscape and not portarait? [sic]

That too can be done, but it could screw up the formatting of the data, the logo and the title.

What is the overall goal here?

The goal here is that the whole page will have a yellow background. It also will have some links, which should not be seen in the printout. I want it to be landscape to display better all what is on the sheet. the page is already of the size of an A4 sheet.
