Powerpoint 2003 Text Overlaps

Specs: Windows XP, Varies
Hello, I have only 1 PC with Windows XP that will open up a particular presentation and the text will overlap into the next text box. The title for each slide is using Calibri, size 44 and the information text is using Calibri, size 24. I've tried it on two other PCs with the same version of Powerpoint and they don't have this problem.

I've ran updates for Microsoft Office and those that are available say the "expected version of the product wasn't found on my system". It looks like everything is up to date.

I'm not concerned with printing the presentation; only how it displays in Powerpoint.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks!

was the file created in other version of Windows? Any chance of using different versions of fonts?

Hi,

It is possible that you don't have Calibri installed on the PC that is giving you problems. Is Calibri present in your list of fonts?

If not you can download the PowerPoint 2007 viewer and Calibri comes with it according to this post:

There is also a Replace Font feature under the Format menu.

Maybe you could try replacing Calibri with something else to see if that helps.

Humar was correct. For some reason Calibri didn't get installed on that PC.

Thanks!
