Specs: Windows XP
for the life of me i can auto color the text in the cells where the value/sum of two cells are greater or less than - the price cell reside in column d here is the formula with the unresolved error: =SUM(RC[-2]-RC[-3])+IF(RC[-2]<>RC[-3],TRUE,FALSE)+IF(RC[-2]<RC[-3],"[red][<70]")

You can't use an in-cell formula to format a cell. You have to use Conditional Formatting, as detailed in your other thread.
