I use OWA from my personal computer. Can I create a .pst file (or another file that does the same thing) to store my emails?

Thank you.

You can, but you won't be able to move the emails from OWA to Outlook.

You can configure Outlook to connect to the Exchange server, then move the emails to an Outlook pst file. You can create/store that pst file anywhere you want.

Thank you for your response. As I do not have access to the Exchange server, I will not be able to try this procedure.

If you are using OWA, then you should be able to configure your Exchange account in Outlook.
