I've searched extensively on Google, can't see any reference to that problem (except your post of course).

Uninstall Outlook then run a free uninstaller program such as this one:
http://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduni...
(As always, make sure there are no unwanted goodies ticked).

Restart computer then install Outlook again.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Do you see the font if the message is formatted as Plain Text?

I would probably start by creating a new Outlook profile for that user. Let me know if you need the steps to do that.

If the user logs into another computer and configures Outlook, does he have the same problem? If not, I would say it's a problem with the user's Windows profile on the original system.

Are you running Exchange?
