|Go into Control Panel, Mail, Data Files. Click Add, then browse to the location where you want the file to be stored. I always keep it somewhere other than the OS partition, by creating an Outlook folder on D: for example. Give it a name (default is usually Personal Folders.pst) and click OK.|
Then, open Outlook and configure your email accounts, etc.
