i just change the settings in send/receive->send immediately when connected unchecked and include this group in F9 checked, shedulet auto send/receive in every 5 minutes too.... now the problem is when we send the mail ,it's going to the outbox then more than 1 mail is there it 'll not send by pressing manually(send\receive).BUT it send all mails when we close the outlook and the time we open any one of the mails from outbox it'll allow to send that particular mail by pressing send\receive manually.....if u have any suggestion please reply to me.....thanks

Change the setting back to Send Immediately when connected. Disabling that is what's preventing the emails from sending automatically.

Then, unfortunately, your users will just have to open each message and click "Send" to get them to send. Or wait the 5 minutes between send/receive.
