My Outlook is freezing every time I try to use it. I have the 2007 version. I cannot do a thing. Any action I try takes ages and the glass just keeps on rolling. I tried to delete but just cannot. I did a virus scan but cannot find any threats. I have an idea that my mailbox could be too full. If so how can I clear old emails without having to do in Outlook? Where on the computer will I find the emails I want to delete? I cannot do it in Outlook anyway so I have to find another way. Everything else on my computer works fine except outlook. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this did not help. My son suggested formatting my hard-drive but this would be a pain and I am trying to avoid doing that. Your help would be greatly appreciated. WENDELL
5MB...? That could very well be my problem as well. It is very full. It seems pretty much like we have to find another way to empty outlook but how do we do it if it keeps on freezing. That's what I would like to know. How do we get to the emails other than using outlook in order to empty it to create more space in outlook? WENDELL
