Outlook Error: Sending reported error (0x800ccc0f)&quo

Specs: Windows 7
Problem: When I am trying to send mails, I am receiving following error message in Outlook 2013: "Sending reported error (0x800ccc0f): The connection to the server was interrupted" I am not making any changes to the server. I checked all the possible solutions:
1. No firewall or Antivirus installed that could block the connection.
2. Already creating a new user profile, which did not work.
So I am not sure What to do now?

Long shot - but not unknown..

Check the date of your computer is correct. If it's wrong (set to show a date/time in the future) then Outlook won't send mail. One can't yet (at least with our technology) send from the future..

Also, are you referring to Office-Outlook, or the online outlook.com?

Have you verified with the ISP that all the settings and ports are correct? Can you ping the mail servers?

Did you create a new Windows profile or a new Outlook profile?
