Outlook Delegation and Private Mail

Is it possible to send someone - a person who has a delegate that has access to their inbox - an e-mail that only they can read in Outlook 2003? I have tried private/confidential mail and even downgrading the delegate's access, but they can always read what I send. Is there a workaround for this?

You need to clarify your indefinite pronouns. They and their can be misleading, and there's no way (by reading your question) how to determine who "they" and "their" is.
