|This is my problem. We have a small department of about 4 users. We would like to setup calendar reminders years in advance for contracts that are set to expire. Our concern is some people may retire and new hires may come on board, but we want the reminders to be sent out to the individuals that replace the retirees. So basically we want department X to get notifications no matter who comes on board or leaves. I think the problem we've seen is when an appointment is set, it is set for the users in the department at that point in time. Someone mentioned MS Sharepoint, but that's not a financially viable option. |
Anyone have any add-ons or ideas that might make this happen?
