Hello all, I have been tasked with adding an email disclaimer to our company signatures - this I can do on the email signature no problem.
However, we would like the disclaimer to be an attachment - just an attachment.
I cannot find out how to do this ANYWHERE. I can only find ways of NOT adding signatures as attachments...I want to have the name, phone numbers etc in the email, but the compliance stuff as an attachment.
Any ideas??

Are you using Exchange? What filetype is the attachment supposed to be? LIR
Hi thee, I believe it is Outlook Exchange 2003 we use. There is no preference for the file type, just being able to have an attachment as standard would be great!
