office macro for copy paste

Hi. At work for each client we keep a folder where there are several (~10) .doc files that state date and time, the employees currently attending to the customer and then the customers personal data. I wonder if it is possible for a macro command to automatically copy and paste the employee and customer data, once typed at the 1st .doc to the specific location within each of the next ones

It's probably possible, but you would need to supply some specific details as to what you are trying to accomplish.

There are several .doc files inside a folder. Each one has a text, a portion of which (usually segments of the top 5-6 lines) is almost the same as on the oher .doc files. I need to be able to type these names, dates etc on one .doc and then have word automatically copy/paste these data at the other .doc's specific positions
