Solved Nested Formula to stop a counter based on date

Specs: Windows 64

Hope someone can help!

        A                B                 C               D
1 Business Name Date Reviewed Date Completed Counter

What I am trying to accomplish - When a file is added to this spreadsheet the Analyst
must add a date. This will be inputted in cell B1, in D1 I have a formula to count the
# of days aged (=IF(ISBLANK(B1),"",TODAY()-B1) here's the spin...I need to add a
condition that will stop the counter based on the date added in C1 (Date completed)?

For example, if I add a file to the spreadsheet today 9/29/2016 and the completion date
is 10/5/2016 I should see that the file aged (Counter column) 6 days.

It looks to me like you have Column Headers in Row 1, so I assume your data and formula start in Row 2.

Put this in D2...I think this is what you are looking for:

DerbyDad03 - You are correct, the formula starts on Row 2.

The formula suggestion works like a charm! Thank you!
