Hi i have the time format as Wed Dec 31
18:59:59 EST 1969
i need this to be in hh:mm:ss

Right-click the cell.
Select Format Cells...
Select the Number Tab
From the list select Custom (at the bottom)
In the box labeled 'Type:' enter: hh:mm:ss
(no quotes required)
Hit OK

i tried that to but its not working.
It was the time which i copied from Tivoli

it needs to denote the estimated duration
