Need a Code in VBE on Word 2010

Specs: Windows XP
I’m trying to write a code in VBE on Word 2010. I need to program an auto form to only allow the correct answer to be checked or selected. The quizzes are to be used for training, not testing. Can someone please help me with the correct code for my checkboxes?

Without an explanation of why the right answer, all this is promoting memorization and guessing.

The multiple or true false questions will be used a training tool. After an employee read a policy they will be instructed to answer a few questions. They will not be graded. In case they check the wrong answer, we would like for them to know at that time what the correct answer is instead of having to await a few days for us to respond.

I think the part 'to only allow the correct answer to be checked or selected.' is the wrong action. The action would be to allow a selection then indicate right or wrong. If wrong allow another choice or display the correct answer.
