When "diameter" has been found it find the value of in the next cell
I want that Diameter value in my new excel file and then loops continue'

You need to compile a script to do that.

phill22: If by "compile a script" you mean that "a macro is required" then I agree.

SyedAzad: Just a tip a related to posting in a help forum like this one:

People are more apt to offer help if you actually ask for help as opposed to just telling us what you want/need. Even something as simple as adding a simple line at the end of your post such as "Can anyone help me with that? Thanks!" would make your post sound a lot more friendly.

That said, I have a few questions of my own.

You mentioned CD0001 and CD0002. Are those the only values that will be searched for or is it a longer list? If there is a longer list, where is the list found?

You also seem to indicate that you want find the word "diameter" for both CD0001 and CD0002. How are those diameters for those 2 search strings related to the string? In other words, we can't have the code find CD0001 and then find some random occurrence of "diameter". I assume that you only want the diameter value that is associated with CD0001. Is that diameter in the same row? The same column? Is the only diameter on any given sheet where CD0001 will be found?

Please keep in mind that we can't see your workbook from where we're sitting, so you need to explain the layout in enough detail that we can understand it enough to write code that will accomplish your goals.
