I am trying to create a nested if formula that tests data in 3 cells e.g. if cell X447 equals "1", and if cell X465 is less than 1, then 3600, but if cell X447 equals "1", and if cell X465 is greater than or equal to 1, but less than 2, then 4200, but if cell X447 equals "1", and if cell X465 is greater than or equal to 2, but less than 3, then 4800, but if cell X447 equals "1", and if cell X465 is greater than or equal to 3, then 6000. This is what I have so far: =IF(AND(X447=1,X465<1),3600,IF(AND(X447=1,X465>=1,X465<2),4200,IF(AND(X447=1,X465>=2,X465<3),4800,IF(AND(X447=1,X465>=3,),6000)))) - but cell X447 has a 1 in it and cell X465 has 4 in it so the result should be 6000, but I am getting "FALSE".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this doesn't address your question, but I gotta ask: What if X447 doesn'tequal 1?As far as your question goes, take a look at your last AND clause. See anything strange?

Gidday DerbyDad... if X447 doesn't equal 1, it should result in 0. And yes... something was strange... the comma after the 3. You're a legend!... It was probably the 4 hours I'd been looking at it. I also hadn't noticed the absence of the "then" value if false argument i.e. the "0". I've removed the comma and input the 0 and it works!

Thank you DD
