Can you use this method?

1 - Data...Text To Columns delimited by the space will separate the data in Columns
2 - Copy...PasteSpecial...Transpose will copy the Columns and paste them into Rows
3 - Delete original data

that a great trick and i could write a macro to do it but first i would have to figure out how to make the macro add variable rows depending on how many new cells of data. Can you help with that? thx

If I understood what you were asking for I could probably help.

What do you mean by "add variable rows depending on how many cells of news data"?
