|It depends on what you mean by a 'monogram'. If you are putting an object into a document (it doesn't matter if it's a spreadsheet, word document or whatever), if you right-click it and choose 'properties' then there should be an option to set the transparency. However, this often doesn't work with some picture types, so you need to experiment.|
If you mean a watermark - a logo that appears across the front of a printed document, then you have two options - within Excel you can mimic a watermark by inserting it into the header and then resizing it - do a search in Excel's helpfile for watermark and it should walk you through it, alternatively for printed watermark's this is often handled by the printer's program - again you need to look in the print settings for 'watermark', and this will vary depending on the printer you have.
