Specs: Windows XP
I wish to have one document, with certain topics starting
on different pages. Is there a way to set the text under
that heading to always start a new page no matter what
is above it. e.g. not having to space down to make it on a
new page everytime.

You might be able to create a macro to do it, I'm not real good with macros so I don't know how but you shouldn't be spacing down or hitting return until it creates a new page. Hold down the CTRL key while hitting enter and it will create a page break.
