Match and Move Dates to match Master Dates

August 29, 2010 at 16:01:03
Specs: Windows XP
Master Dates are in Column A. I want to "Match Dates to the Master Date Column" and at the same time move columns G,H,I with Column B.
This would be data from 1988 too 2010 Daily data.
End result, ( Transpose) Each year would start in Column J2:M2 the next year would be in J3:M2 and so on so forth.
I'm working Excel 2007.
Thank You

I have edited your post to remove the email address. You should never post your email address in a public forum.

Please do us a favor. Make believe that you are one of us - someone who can not see your spreadsheet nor know what you are trying to do. Then go back and reread your post. Does it make sense to you?

re: Match Dates to the Master Date Column

Match from where?

re: move columns G,H,I with Column B

Move to where?

re: End result, ( Transpose) Each year would start in Column J2:M2

If you're moving 4 columns to 4 other columns, what is being Transposed?

You need to give us some more information related to the current lay out of your sheet as well as the desired result before we can help you.

Actual examples of "before" and "after" data is always useful.
