Hi,

I have less than 700 branches in numeric code listed in drop down list. It is placed in cell F1. I would like to save it independently in pdf file using macro.

What does this mean?

Don't forget we have no idea what your workbook looks like, nor do we know what you do and what your data means. So telling us you have branches in a drop down means nothing.

My assumption is that you have VALUES in a dropdown list, and you want to save each value in that list as a pdf file? if yes, then it is possible, but why would anyone wish to do that?

If no, then please explain, in detail what you need.

Thank you for your reply.

Your assumption is right. That values in a dropdown list are the codes for each branch which is linked in vlookups to view their performance report in excel application. I want each file to be copied in separate worksheets or workbook or saved in pdf file.

Thank you.

I want each file to be copied in separate worksheets or workbook or saved in pdf file.

What file? we were just talking about values in a dropdown menu, I don't recall the mention of a file??

Why not take your time to clearly explain the workings of your workbook? you need help right? so help us help you. We have no idea how your workbook functions so you have to tell us. Lets start again What would be good is I you bullet point your steps eg

1) Click dropdown on sheet 1
2) Pick an option from the dropdown
3) Something happens (Explain this clearly)
4) I want something to be saved e

etc
