Every email response comes back looking like this with these boxes:

Ha, that's hilarious, sorry about forgetting to ask the question. I was wondering if anyone knows why all the responses come back formatted that way.

I haven't used Lotus Notes in over 10 years, but it looks as if the emails have gone through some type of conversion to end up being formatted as simple Text.

I'll add that we don't get too many (none?) Lotus Notes questions in this forum, so I'm not sure you'll get a lot of help.

Have you Googled around for a forum dedicated to Lotus Notes? I'm sure they're out there.

Thanks for the response. I Googled like crazy, but never really found anything besides people trying to figure out how to format emails in HTML. I, like you, haven't used Lotus Notes in forever, couldn't really find anything useful, and posted here as a last resort.
