Lookup on multiple tables same sheet

Hello,
I would appreciate your help on the following if you have time.

I have multiple tables running down the same sheet with headers
Each table has several columns with the same titles but each table is a different header

Table 1
Date Employees DayCount etc...

Table2
Date Employees DayCount etc...

I want to do a lookup to this sheet and place in another table. Is there a way to look down the sheet and grab data from each table? For instance each table has time segments of the same time so if I want what is in column B from "table1 time 2:30", can I do a lookup to table1 time 2:30 and place in one cell, then do another lookup to "table2 2:30" and place in another cell? The table names are in the same column (B) and all other data (time, employees, daycount) follows down the same from table to table.

Hope I am clear and not confusing on what I need help with.

Thanks,
Terry

I must be missing something because the anwer is too easy if I'm not.

In the cell where you want the data from table1, use a VLOOUKP on the range that makes up table1.

In the cell where you want the data from table2, use a VLOOUKP on the range that makes up table2.

2 different cells, 2 different formulas.

You may now tell me what I am missing.

Hello,
What I did not mention (what you are missing) is that the range changes. The Lookup sheet is a down load from a data server. The information is by time interval and ranges from 00:00 - 23:30 (total of 51 lines from headed to total and bottom line before the next table, table 2, below that if all intervals had data in them the day before (not all tables are the same number of rows). However, if (and this happens a lot) there is not data to report in the 05:30 interval (the total ends up on line 50) or a longer section (without data) 2:00 - 9:00, the table could be just 25 or 30 lines long. There could be data for 02:00 in table 1 but not table 2.

I hope this is still easy for you. Looking forward to your reply.
